Really? I found School Rumble's second season to be fairly mediocre when compared to the first one, to the point I dropped it halfway -_- I heard from the manga viewers that the story picks up but I don't have much confidence really
As for the series I'm looking forward to would be Nanoha's 3rd season, Haruhi's 2nd season, Saiunkoku Monogatari second season's and some others I must be forgetting
As for the ones who consider Rozen Maiden the best thing since sliced bread, the only reason I can find for that is that you have not watched neither of Mushishi/Haibane Renmei/Figure 17
