I think u dont re-encrypt the roms.
You can download this software from this link (or zelda!):
http://www.gbadat.altervista.org/gba....2_NDS-iND.zip
extract the file & put your rom(s) in the same directory, then run software. and type "1" to re-encrypt rom(s). (software re-encrypt roms automatically)
finally u can run game.
