alright this is just something ive been wondering, say in a year or so down the road, would pc's made that far down be capable of running playable speeds without having to do additional hardware upgrades? what i mean is, would i be able to purchase a new pc "as is" and expect somewhat decent performance with pcsx2? i hear alot that pc technology is constantly being updated unlike console stuff and given that length of time for the technology to grow would it be logical to think that when that amount of time passes most new pc's would more fit to run pcsx2 without having to do other upgrades?
