Just felt like I wanted to give some feedback (whenever you read this). Haven't had time before when I'm in the army right now.

Now I can't find any problems and the mouse button support is nice as I have a Logitech MX-510 and those thumb buttons come handy and it works fine to attach the buttons to them, also without the Logitech mouse driver installed.

Mouse analog stick movement is perfect now for moving characters or changing viewing angle (games tested are Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy XII, Grandia III and Resident Evil 4). In Grandia III the character even walks if I only move the mouse a bit and starts walking faster and running when I move it a bit more (the mouse movement required for walk/run is quite perfect IMO) but aiming in Resident Evil 4 is still not that great as it's not responsive enough but this can't be fixed I'm guessing as it would ruin the movement control for other games as it's already as good as it can be. An option to change mouse sensitivity/responsitivity/accuracy or whatever you should call it in the config would perhaps be possible so people could change it in the way they want it to be depending on game but probably a bit difficult to achieve and for games that could benefit by such option are rather few. I know there's a specific input plugin setup for Goldeneye 007 N64 that has the same goal as this plugin, to provide a good keyboard/mouse support and it had a configurable mouse sensitivity option so you could get the aiming to feel good. That's just a thought though.

I wanna thank you once again for a really great input plugin.

Here's also a short demonstration from Grandia III of how the mouse control works. (only the mouse were used) :)
