I'm running Vista. It's AWESOME.
I just won't use it as main OS. Know why? Vista uses a lot of resources, even with no eye-candy. My processor keeps temp at 40ºC even when idle. I also have only 512Mb of RAM and a poor Maxtor HDD 40GB. I will be formatting and making a XP partition for games, and a small Vista partition, for text works and internet. Maybe if my specs were higher I could even afford on using Vista as main OS. But as my final word, Vista worths the try.
Just a note if you'll vLite Vista: KEEP THE VIDEO DRIVERS. I'm sure you know why.
