ok I think I have a suggestion to your problem. I looked for the modifiers, but no luck. Perhaps though they were there all along.

Ok check out the max weapons page, if it was codes to max out the items in slots this wouldn't work, but since it has a item name instead it could work
New Nanbu 30083495 0063
from the above code you would take 495, the last 3 of the first section of code. So to give Baofu the New Nanbu you would just put it into the other code.

I've not checked it, but that works in my mind anyways
. If someone has the game check let us know if it works. You could use the same concept for all the other max items codes to fill the blanks for he character modifiers.
