@hushypushy: Yeah... me and ePSXe are not on the best of speaking terms. When I had my 1.0 GHz computer, it didn't like me very much. And depending on your plugins, you never know when changing a certain setting is gonna lock up the damn emulator. But, on my computer, it runs pretty well now. Just... it still has some sound and graphical problems that I don't like, even with the best plugins I could use for it (and believe me, I've tested them all). pSX does not have these problems with the games that I play. And I'm not big on enhancement over accuracy, but... for some people, ePSXe works better for them. So I can't really say that it's *horrible*... just not really worth my time. Not to mention, despite what people say... it's dead for all intents and purposes. I know the developers said a few months ago that they were still working on it, but... it's been way too long. Nothing has been released. It's dead, and pSX is right on its heels. By the next release or two... it'll surpass ePSXe. And you can see my love for pSX... just check me out on the official forums... what I've done my best to contribute to the users of pSX, in terms of troubleshooting, testing... even a frontend for it, which then inspired Ultima to create a much better frontend. I love pSX.
Between Anthology and Chronicles, I know at least one of the games had the actual ROM on the disc. I think it was FFIV... but if I recall correctly, it has the extension .bin instead of .smc... just rename it to .smc, and it'll work just fine. But... I think the ROM is in japanese, with the translation file separate from the ROM. Once I can find my Anthology and Chronicles discs... I'll let you know.
