Ok, first off, this is getting WAY outta hand. ok, the reasons why you n00bs aren't getting an answer about the bios is because it is obviously illegal.also, if you want the freakin decyrpter so bad, google it yourself. As for the others, a bios is basically what makes the system run; its like the instructions. You need those instructions to run the emulator (and i don't care if this definition isn't exactly what you think it is). Well, why won't your games run? Its probably because its either 1) not compatable 2) bad dump or 3) you probably didn't encyrpt it. So don't bother talking about these things again. its getting really annoying to everyone like the admins.
ANYWAYS, now that i'm done ranting

ohh...and also, if you really wanna play the game so badly, then BUY IT. it wouldn't kill to help nintendo out a bit, considering you ARE playing their games and they are fixing their ultimate system as we speak....^_^ wiiiiiiii
