) so I'll probably wait for Nvidia 8900 series card which should be released at least by mid 2007 but perhaps somewhat sooner. Then it's prolly time for a major upgrade hopefully to an AMD K8L quad core system perhaps even, should be sweet 8900 + K8L.

8800 at launch is ridiculously overpriced imo too, better wait a while and you'll see both GTX and GTS pricedrops of probably up to $100 or so.
