Well the problem is that I can not configure it manually completely. It allows to set Bank Interleaving, Dram driving, Latency in general, and it has presets of 'auto by spd', 'turbo', 'ultra'.
When set to turbo it runs at 2 3 2 6 2T which is closest to what the ram can do, unless CPUz is not giving correct info. I'll try some more stuff. At this moment I highly doubt the ram is the cause of the crashing it does, with the previous module I also let Memtest run for almost 6 hours doing all the tests and it couldn't find anything at all.
Loosening it to 4 4 4 9 2T didn't help either, those are the settings CPUz gives when I select the CAS3.0 setting manually.
Well I think I should just try to update my bios then, according to the websites these are the things it fixes:
Let's hope it will also fix my problem.
Now to find me my old floppy drive
Bah, just **** it... It gives me crap when I try to hook up the floppy drive again, so that ain't an option, so no bios update either. I'll ask a friend to see if they have some old crapass no name ram module for me to test and see if it works. It wouldn't surprise me to see it work better than this. >_<
