Well, I haven't found anything on BE-5 chips, but CE-6's are common in high-end 1 GB PC4000 sticks and seem to overclock about as well as other chips like UCCC. That doesn't mean that they will necessarily do as well though. For example, Samsung TCB0 is a lot different than TCCD .

But yeah, what Refraction says is true as well. Every board reacts differently to every set of sticks. Some sets even have separate timings for Intel and AMD boards. Unless you run yours over 3 volts, you won't have any issues with them.
