From what I've gathered from benchmarks 2T is slightly slower indeed, but not by a huge margin (nothing a slight OC can beat, according to them).

Also, I did a CMOS reset when I tried setting the Dram Driving to 'high' instead of 'normal'

The problem with my bios is that when I want to set the timings manually I can only adjust CAS latency and Bank Interleave (see screenshot). But when I do that, I will get the following timings according to CPU-Z

2 4 4 9 2T, not really quick I'd say

Anyway, I suppose my ram running at 2 3 2 6 2T isn't the reason why it's crashing, as 2T is slower.

About voltage, I think it is getting the default? I don't really know how to check it.
