Jade Cocoon transparency
not sure if it's a GPU bug or ePSXe bug.

The transparency for magical effects in the game stays opaque.

GPU:
Pete's OpenGL/D3D v1.55

Video Card:
ATI Radeon 64Mb DDR (latest driver)

DirectX 8.1
