Yeah, I HATE rounded d-pads. I assumed the 4-way one was patented or something, I would've thought they were much more popular, since most non-official ones use the rounded ones. Some REALLY cheap Hong Kong controllers use the 4-way ones, like some cheap usb pc controller, but they turn out to be the best. Crap build quality, they feel flimsy, but functionality is great.
