its safe 2 use a 0.5ampere rating fuse for small supplies like this.

1st replace the fuse and plug ur supply to the mains f ur supply fuse do not blow up again its safe 2 assume that ur supply is good but its best to test it just 2 be in the safe side.at this stage do not connect any drive 2 ur supply.

2nd check diagram at the back of ur supply the location of the 12volts, 5volts and ground pins.check the pix, sry 4 d blury pix

3rd u need a multimeter set it to 20volts or 50volts and clip the black testing lead to the ground pins and the red testing lead to the 5v, u should get a reading of around 5v, do the same with the 12v, f all is fine then ur power supply is fine and ready for use.its easier to check the power supply directly on the pcb but f ur not familiar with it this is fine.hope these helps.
