Ok, I finally got the game to run now; sadly more problems have popped up:

1. The game is running rather quickly (Is there a way to adjust this?)
2. There's no sound at the very beginning (When the squaresoft logo shows up)
3. When you go to the selection menu (New game, continue, etc.), the Xenogears logo at the back can't be seen.
4. I can't find my dex drive saved files...
5.. It keeps crashing whenever I press exit (How do I access the top ePSXe toolbars while in game? Kind of like in ZNES?)

Thanks for your help though; at least I can start a new game now.

Oh yeah,

6. My start bar moved up by 7 inches, and it won't go down...
